PROXIMAL FEMUR LCP TICP
The Proximal Femur LCP – TiCP is an anatomically pre-contoured locking compression plate system designed for the fixation of complex proximal femoral fractures. It provides stable angular fixation for subtrochanteric, pertrochanteric, and selected proximal femur fracture patterns, offering an alternative or adjunct to intramedullary nailing when plate-based fixation is preferred or indicated.
关键特性
Locking Compression Plate (LCP) technology ensuring angular stability and strong construct fixation
Anatomically contoured proximal femur design optimized for the lateral aspect of the femur
Titanium (TiCP) construction offering high strength, fatigue resistance, and biocompatibility
Proximal multi-screw configuration for enhanced fixation of the femoral head and neck region (when applicable)
Combination locking and compression holes enabling flexible fixation strategies
Long plate design for bridging comminuted subtrochanteric and diaphyseal fracture zones
Low-profile structure to reduce soft tissue irritation and improve patient comfort
适应症
The Proximal Femur LCP – TiCP is indicated for:
Subtrochanteric femur fractures
Complex pertrochanteric fractures
Proximal femoral comminuted fractures
Periprosthetic femoral fractures (selected cases)
Nonunion or malunion of proximal femur fractures
Fractures where intramedullary nailing is contraindicated or insufficient
临床优势
Provides strong lateral buttress support for proximal femur fractures
Enhances stability in comminuted and osteoporotic bone conditions
Allows bridging fixation across long fracture segments
Supports anatomical alignment of proximal femur and femoral shaft
Reduces risk of secondary displacement through locking screw stability
Titanium design improves biocompatibility and reduces soft tissue irritation
可选配置
Multiple plate lengths for different fracture patterns
Left and right anatomical plate versions
Locking and cortical screw compatibility
Proximal screw cluster configurations for enhanced fixation
Pre-contoured lateral femoral geometry for improved surgical fit
