TALUS LOCKING PLATE TICP
The Talus Locking Plate – TiCP is an anatomically contoured fixation system designed for the treatment of complex talar fractures and reconstructive procedures of the hindfoot. It provides stable angular fixation for intra-articular and comminuted fractures of the talus, supporting restoration of tibiotalar and subtalar joint alignment, while preserving critical foot and ankle biomechanics.
关键特性
Locking Compression Plate (LCP) technology ensuring angular stable fixation in small and complex bone structures
Anatomically contoured talar design optimized for medial and lateral aspects of the talus
Titanium (TiCP) construction offering high strength, fatigue resistance, and excellent biocompatibility
Low-profile plate design to minimize soft tissue irritation in the confined ankle region
Multi-screw fixation options for secure capture of small and osteochondral fragments
Combination locking and compression holes enabling flexible fixation strategies
Optimized screw trajectories for improved fixation in cancellous talar bone
适应症
The Talus Locking Plate – TiCP is indicated for:
Talar neck fractures (Hawkins type I–IV)
Talar body fractures (intra-articular and comminuted)
Talar head fractures
Complex hindfoot fractures involving the talus
Post-traumatic talar reconstruction
Nonunion or malunion of talar fractures
临床优势
Provides stable fixation in anatomically challenging talar fractures
Restores tibiotalar and subtalar joint congruity and alignment
Enhances fixation in small, osteoporotic, and comminuted talar bone
Supports early functional rehabilitation when stable fixation is achieved
Reduces risk of secondary displacement and avascular collapse through rigid stabilization
Titanium design improves biocompatibility and reduces soft tissue irritation
