PROXIMAL LATERAL TIBIA LCP TICP
The Proximal Lateral Tibia LCP – TiCP is an anatomically pre-contoured locking compression plate system designed for stable fixation of proximal tibial fractures involving the lateral tibial plateau. It provides angular stable fixation for intra-articular and metaphyseal fracture patterns, supporting restoration of the articular surface, mechanical alignment, and early functional rehabilitation of the knee joint.
关键特性
Locking Compression Plate (LCP) technology ensuring angular stable fixation for complex and osteoporotic fractures
Anatomically contoured lateral proximal tibia design optimized for the tibial plateau surface
Titanium (TiCP) construction offering high strength, fatigue resistance, and excellent biocompatibility
Multi-screw proximal cluster configuration for subchondral support of the articular surface
Combination locking and compression holes enabling flexible fixation strategies
Extended shaft design for bridging metaphyseal and diaphyseal fracture zones
Low-profile plate design to reduce soft tissue irritation and improve patient comfort
适应症
The Proximal Lateral Tibia LCP – TiCP is indicated for:
Lateral tibial plateau fractures (split, depression, and split-depression patterns)
Schatzker type I–VI proximal tibial fractures (lateral column involvement)
Comminuted intra-articular tibial plateau fractures
Osteoporotic proximal tibial fractures
Bicondylar tibial fractures (as part of dual plating constructs)
Post-traumatic malunion or corrective osteotomy of the proximal tibia
临床优势
Provides strong lateral buttress support for tibial plateau reconstruction
Restores articular congruity and mechanical axis of the knee
Enhances fixation stability in osteoporotic and comminuted bone
Supports early knee motion when stable fixation is achieved
Reduces risk of secondary collapse of the articular surface
Titanium design improves biocompatibility and reduces soft tissue irritation
