PROXIMAL MEDIAL TIBIA LCP TICP
The Proximal Medial Tibia LCP – TiCP is an anatomically pre-contoured locking compression plate system designed for fixation of proximal tibial fractures involving the medial tibial plateau. It provides stable angular fixation for intra-articular and metaphyseal fracture patterns, offering strong medial column support to restore knee alignment, joint congruity, and early functional mobility.
关键特性
Locking Compression Plate (LCP) technology providing angular stable fixation for complex fracture patterns
Anatomically contoured medial proximal tibia design optimized for the medial tibial plateau
Titanium (TiCP) construction offering high strength, fatigue resistance, and excellent biocompatibility
Medial column buttress configuration for enhanced support of the tibial plateau
Multi-screw proximal cluster design for subchondral support and fragment fixation
Combination locking and compression holes allowing flexible fixation strategies
Extended shaft length options for bridging comminuted metaphyseal and diaphyseal fractures
Low-profile plate design to reduce soft tissue irritation and improve patient comfort
适应症
The Proximal Medial Tibia LCP – TiCP is indicated for:
Medial tibial plateau fractures (split, depression, and split-depression patterns)
Bicondylar tibial plateau fractures (as part of dual plating constructs)
Schatzker type IV–VI fractures involving the medial column
Comminuted intra-articular proximal tibial fractures
Osteoporotic proximal tibial fractures
Post-traumatic malunion or corrective osteotomy of the proximal tibia
临床优势
Provides strong medial buttress support for tibial plateau reconstruction
Restores articular congruity and mechanical axis of the knee joint
Enhances stability in osteoporotic and comminuted fracture patterns
Supports early knee mobilization when rigid fixation is achieved
Reduces risk of varus collapse through medial column stabilization
Titanium design improves biocompatibility and reduces soft tissue irritation
